Financial and Insurance Information
At Endodontic Associates, we make every effort to provide you with the best endodontic care combined with the most convenient financial options. The type of treatment we recommend is based on our professional assessment, and not on whether you are covered by a dental benefit plan. For self-pay patients (no dental benefit coverage); we ask that payment in full is made at the time of treatment. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
We are currently contracted providers for Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna DPPO, Dental Health Alliance, Connection Dental and HealthChoice. We will do the very best we can to provide you with an ESTIMATE of what your insurance company will pay for a root canal procedure. Please understand this is only an estimate and the dental benefit provider is not bound by the information they provide us over the phone. Please make sure that you provide complete and accurate information so that we can give you the best estimate. We ask that your estimated co-pay (insured out-of-pocket) is paid in full at the time of service. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility.
As a service to our patients, we also offer CareCredit. CareCredit allows you to begin treatment immediately then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit into your budget. CareCredit offers a full range from No Interest to Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees. It only takes a few minutes to apply and you’ll receive a decision in minutes. Please remember, you are ultimately responsible for all fees incurred for the services that you receive at Endodontic Associates. We will assist you in every way possible. No question is too small for you to ask, whether it is about your treatment, dental benefit plan, or statement.
